Debs initially joined Aaron Optometrists as a Cleaner; and soon provided an incredibly high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Practice; imperative for any clinical environment. Her environmental credentials ensured Peter made her organise and manage Aarons recycling and environmental awareness program.

She also became the driver of Aaron’s Patient Transport vehicle.  As well as assisting optometrists on home visits she also travels to patients who are unable to access the clinic themselves, and conveys them to the practice; therefore enabling them to receive the best care possible.
